Little Bit about us:

Led by seasoned General Contractors with over 50 years of combined experience, we manage every detail from planning to final polish—creating refined homes, kichten, bathrooms and addtions through a clear, well-run organized process.

Our head Licensed General Contractor, CGC 1536264, Justin Mattaliano, with 27+ years of experience, brings discipline, clarity, and craftsmanship to every project, delivering elevated kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations across Tampa Bay, St Petersburg, and the Clearwater area.

We bring proven expertise: we are the actual installer crews featured on HGTV, partners on the University of Tampa new build, and have installed over 3.2M sqft of tile and 4.3M sqft of hardwood. We transform dated 90s layouts into spa showers and chef-inspired kitchens.

Second Floor Addtion - Full House Remodel

5000+ sq ft of wood flooring across a full-home remodel — two kitchens, five bathrooms, and a custom steam shower. 10-foot ceilings with smooth orange-peel walls, finished with clean lines and a luxury, livable look. This remodel was done at Tampa Bay area, had wood flooring installation, whole-home renovation, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, steam shower, and a floating shelf with LED lights underneath.

HGTV - Projects

We’ve contributed installation work on HGTV-featured projects, where precision, speed, and professionalism matter. We bring that same standard to every Ballenciace job—protected surfaces, organized tools, daily cleanup, and a finish that’s clean, straight, and refined from the first day to the final walkthrough.

University of Tampa - New Build

University of Tampa — 40,000+ sq ft of commercial tile installed, including 96″ × 96″ large-format panels and custom floor patterns. Second Floor Addition - Full House Remodel (entine ceiling gone)

Full-home remodel in the Tampa Bay area — six bathrooms and 7,000+ sq ft of premium hardwood flooring, with materials sourced from Spain (over $140K in flooring alone). The master suite features a custom vanity countertop, plus a 10′ x 10′ walk-in closet, finished with clean lines and a luxury, livable feel.
